How does a crawl work?
Crawls are the perfect team ice breaker or leadership activity! You’ll meet up at your starting location about an hour before the start of your scavenger hunt. Your Crawl Master will be in touch with your first clue. Each team must figure out the location of the next venue by solving a puzzle. From there, we head out on foot to a series of locations. Our points-based scoring structure encourages every team member to participate, with points being awarded to team members who exhibit creativity and innovation. Who is a Crawl Master and what do they do?
The Crawl Master is your virtual tour guide through your crawl event. They not only provide clues and puzzles to the teams at the crawl locations via text message, but they also provide comedic entertainment that makes the crawl more fun. You can read more on our Meet The Crawl Masters Page.
What is the cost of a corporate crawl?
Each all-inclusive package is priced based on the number of participants and the geographic location. We strive to be as flexible as possible and pride ourselves on our ability to work within any budget. Can we go to places other than bars?
Of course! In the past we’ve crawled to parks, restaurants, ice cream shops, bakeries, and local landmarks. We will customize your crawl to your company’s unique objectives and expectations, whether your event is a leadership activity, or a team ice breaker. Is transportation provided between venues?
In order to keep the hunts as safe and convenient as possible, all venues are located within quick walking distance of each other. Please let us know if people in your group have mobility issues and we’ll take that into account in our planning.
Where are Get-A-Clue bar crawls hosted?
We currently offer corporate scavenger hunts in more than 200 locations across the country. Visit our Locations Page for a complete list of cities where we are already prepared to host events. If your city is not on the list, simply give us a call and we’ll see if we can host in your requested city.
We are also able to plan a crawl in a city where your team is attending a conference or holding a retreat. Contact us for additional information.
Are there age restrictions?
Every crawl participant must be at least 21 years of age. Please make sure that all participants carry a government-issued ID with them throughout the crawl.
How do we book?
Once you’ve received your personalized corporate event quote from us, simply let us know you would like to book. We’ll send over a deposit request and our Event Agreement for you to review and sign.
